Mindfulness & Parts Work: An Open Virtual Support Group for Women
Wednesdays at 5 PM PST
This six-week virtual group weaves together mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic awareness to support women in slowing down, tuning inward, and cultivating a compassionate relationship with themselves.
In a supportive space, we explore the parts of ourselves that often go unnoticed, get ignored, or misunderstood—like an inner critic, an anxious part, a caretaker, or the part that feels like it has to do it all. By bringing awareness to these inner experiences, we begin to foster radical acceptance, compassion, and love.
This group is for you if you:
Are craving space to reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.
Interested in starting a mindfulness practice in a supportive space.
Want to deepen your understanding of your internal world using parts work.

Guided mindfulness and body-based practices to calm the nervous system and support emotional regulation
Parts work prompts and IFS-informed reflection to explore your inner system

Optional space for sharing and being witnessed in your experience

$45 per drop-in session (sliding scale options available)
This space is an invitation to go inward and honor the many layers of who you are. All is welcome. Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, reconnect with yourself, or feel supported in community, this group offers a nurturing environment to explore your inner world with radical self-acceptance, compassion, and love.
Please note there is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all booked appointments. Sessions must be rescheduled before 24 hours of scheduled time. All sales of packages are final and non-refundable. Sessions expire after 90 days of purchased date.
