Mindfulness & Parts Work: A Virtual Support Group for Women

Starting May 21 | Tuesdays at 5 PM PST | 6-Week Series

Are you seeking to reconnect with yourself and other women while navigating your inner landscape and cultivating radical self love and acceptance? This virtual support group blends mindfulness practices with Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to help you understand and nurture the different "parts" of yourself, creating a deeper sense of peace, clarity, and connection.

In a safe and supportive community, we’ll slow down and explore the many aspects of who we are—the anxious part, the inner critic, the perfectionist, the caretaker—and learn how to relate to them with curiosity and compassion. This group is designed to help you tune in, feel supported, and build tools for navigating life's challenges with more presence and grace.

What to Expect

  • Guided mindfulness practices to center your mind, calm your body, and enhance emotional awareness.

  • IFS-based reflections and prompts to connect with the different parts of yourself, understanding them and their roles in your life.

  • Tools and exercises for emotional regulation, self-compassion, and deepening your connection to your inner wisdom.

  • Optional sharing and group support in a safe, nurturing community of women who are walking similar paths.

  • Dates: Wednesdays at 5 PM PST, beginning May 21

  • Duration: 50 minutes

  • Location: Zoom (Link provided upon registration)

  • Payment Options:

    • $240 for the 6-week series

    • $40 for drop-in session (space permitting)

  • Capacity: Limited to 8 participants
