Grief & The Heart

Navigating Loss, Healing, and Connection

“Grief and love are sisters, woven together from the beginning. Their kinship reminds us that there is no love that does not contain loss, and no loss that is not a reminder of the love we carry.”
—Francis Weller

Grief & the Heart: A Virtual Support Circle

Grief can be disorienting. It changes how we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us. Whether you’re grieving the death of someone you love, the end of a relationship, a major life transition, or a loss that’s hard to name, this group is a space where you don’t have to hold it alone.

In this group, we’ll move through the inner landscape of grief together and at your pace. This group blends Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and somatic practices, grounded in Claire Bidwell Smith’s four-part grief orientation: Entering, Engaging, Surrendering, and Transforming.

Each session includes:

  • Short reflections and a weekly theme to help orient the group

  • A guided practice to connect with your inner experience

  • A space to share, reflect, and be supported in community

Part educational, part relational, part experiential, this group invites you to meet your grief with more capacity and compassion. Together, we’ll explore how to stay resourced in the midst of uncertainty, tend to what’s been lost, and reconnect with your inner anchor.
