Grief & The Heart
Navigating Loss, Healing, and Connection
“Grief and love are sisters, woven together from the beginning. Their kinship reminds us that there is no love that does not contain loss, and no loss that is not a reminder of the love we carry.”
—Francis Weller
Grief & the Heart: A 6-Week Virtual Support Group
Grief can be disorienting. It changes the way we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us. Whether you’re grieving the death of someone you love, the end of a relationship, or a less visible loss, this group is a space where you don’t have to hold it all alone.
Over the course of six weeks, we’ll move through the inner landscape of grief together—at your pace, and in good company. I bring an integrative approach that blends together Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and somatic practices, along with Claire Bidwell Smith’s four-step grief orientation: Entering, Engaging, Surrendering, and Transforming.
Each session includes:
A short reflection or framework to help orient you
A guided practice to connect with your inner experience
A chance to be in meaningful connection with others through shared reflection
I view the group as one part educational, one part relational, and one part experiential. The goal isn’t to move on from your grief but to grow your capacity to be with it, and to feel more supported and resourced along the way.
