Psychedelic Integration

The word psychedelic comes from the Greek words psyche, meaning “soul” or “mind,” and deloun, meaning “to reveal.” At its root, psychedelic means to reveal the mind or to reveal the soul.

Psychedelic integration becomes a process of tending to what has been revealed within you. It’s an invitation to meet your inner world with compassion, curiosity, and non-judgement. All parts of you are welcome.

The true ceremony begins when you arrive back home — through integration.

Psychedelic experiences can offer deeper insight, emotional healing, and spiritual connection, but they can also bring up confusion, be overwhelming, and have some unexpected challenges.
Whether you’re preparing for a journey or seeking to make sense of an experience, integration is where the work begins. The true ceremony begins when you arrive back home — through integration.

In our work together, I provide a grounded, trauma-informed, and compassionate space to support your integration process. Drawing from Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness practices, we’ll explore the parts of you that emerged during your experience and help you integrate the insights into your daily life and personal growth.

Preparing and Integrating with Care

Part of our work together will be preparing your mind and heart for a psychedelic journey with intention and clarity. Sometimes, the very experiences that hold the potential to heal anxiety can also bring anxiety to the surface. It’s normal — even expected — for fear, uncertainty, or resistance to arise in this process. Together, we’ll explore ways to create an internal sense of calm and safety, so you can meet whatever comes up with compassion and courage.

After your journey, we’ll spend time making meaning of any challenging or mystical experiences, helping you weave the insights into your daily life, relationships, and ongoing inner work. Psychedelic experiences can also stir spiritual emergence, grief, or identity shifts. I would be honored to to support you through these tender processes that deserve careful tending. You don’t have to navigate any of it alone.

I am certified in psychedelic-assisted therapy through Naropa University, where I received specialized training grounded in trauma-informed practices, mindfulness, and Buddhist philosophy. My approach honors the profound healing potential of psychedelics while centering safety, compassion, and a deep respect for each client’s inner healing intelligence. My approach is deeply respectful of both the medicine and your own inner healing intelligence. While I don’t facilitate psychedelic experiences, I’m here to support you in your preparation, intention setting, and in living the insights in a grounded, lasting way.
