About me

Hi, I’m Cathy — a psychotherapist, IFS-trained therapist, Gottman-trained couples therapist, and mindfulness practitioner with a deep passion for supporting people on their healing journeys.

I specialize in IFS-informed therapy, couples therapy, psychedelic integration, and women’s mindfulness-based support. My approach blends evidence-based practices, relational depth, and contemplative wisdom to help you reconnect with your inner resources and live with more clarity, compassion, and joy.

I hold certifications in Psychedelic-Assisted and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy from Naropa University, where I trained in a model that integrates Western clinical approaches with Buddhist psychology and contemplative practices. I’ve completed Level 3 Gottman Method training and use this research-based approach to help couples build trust, improve communication, and deepen emotional connection.

My work is heart-led and grounded in presence. Whether you’re processing a powerful psychedelic experience, navigating a relationship challenge, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to support your unique path.

When I’m not in session, you might find me meditating, hiking, or dreaming up ways to create retreat spaces where people can rest, reconnect, and come home to themselves.
