Relationships aren’t always easy to prioritize, especially with the pace of everyday life.
Over time, it can start to feel like you’re having the same conversations, missing each other, or
unsure how to move forward.
This work is about making sense of those patterns and creating a different way of relating.
My work blends practical tools for communication and repair through the Gottman Method, with deeper exploration of patterns using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic, nervous system-based approaches.Together, we begin to shift how you communicate, how you respond, and how you relate to one another.
You keep having the same conversation, and it never really gets resolved.
You don’t feel heard, or you’re not sure how to express what you need without it turning into conflict.
You can feel the distance, even when you’re sitting right next to each other.
And part of you wonders how it got here.
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor specializing in relationships. I help couples who feel stuck in the same patterns learn how to communicate in a way that actually lands, repair more effectively, and reconnect in a more intentional way.
My work is grounded in the Gottman Method, along with Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and somatic therapy. I know that true healing goes beyond a single technique. It’s about the small, consistent steps you take every day, supported by the right knowledge and encouragement.
Wounding often happens in relationships, but so does healing. I offer a space where you can understand what’s happening beneath the surface and begin finding your way back to each other.
I’m here to support you as you make sense of what’s been happening and begin creating a different way forward, one that feels more connected and more aligned.
And when you really think about it… it's been this way for a while. What started as just "a rough patch" now feels like a pattern you can't shake. Conversations that used to feel easy now turn into tension, distance, or silence.
With the right support, you can begin to understand what’s happening beneath these patterns. From there, communication starts to shift, repair becomes more possible, and connection can begin to rebuild. This work creates space for both of you to feel heard and move forward in a more intentional way.
I offer therapy for individuals and couples who want to better understand themselves and create a different way of connecting and communicating.

The best part of my work is witnessing transformation, supporting people through challenge, and helping them experience a greater sense of calm.
I’ve always had a passion for all things related to mind, body, and spirit. Before starting my private practice, I worked as a high school counselor, where I supported students through academic and emotional challenges. I also owned a Pilates and Reiki studio, where I noticed clients naturally opening up emotionally. Across both settings, I saw how much people were wanting more space to be heard, which led me to pursue a more in depth helping role.
I also worked as a wellness coach with Headspace, taught 8 week mindfulness programs in high schools, and served as an adjunct professor at George Washington University, where I taught stress management. These experiences continue to shape how I show up today, supporting clients in deepening their understanding of themselves and learning tools for stress management, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation.
From my perspective, therapy is about making the covert overt and growing awareness. It’s about bringing into awareness what may be operating outside of it.
I see therapy as having two parts. One is having a space to process emotions related to the past, present, and even what’s anticipated in the future. The second is learning how to work with what comes up by developing tools to regulate emotions, strengthen communication, set boundaries, express needs, and make requests.
My work is integrative and tailored to each person and relationship. I draw primarily from Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Gottman Method for couples, mindfulness-based practices, and somatic approaches.
This means we’re not just talking about what’s happening, we’re also understanding the patterns underneath it, building practical tools for communication and connection, and helping your nervous system feel more regulated and supported.
I also incorporate psychedelic preparation and integration work when appropriate.
I work with individuals and couples who want to better understand themselves and their relationships.
This often includes people navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. I also work with couples who want support with communication, rebuilding trust, deepening connection, or moving toward the next stage of their relationship.
Many of my clients have done some personal work already and are looking for a more meaningful, grounded way to move forward.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in California. My training includes Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Gottman Method for couples therapy (Level 3), mindfulness-based approaches, and somatic therapy.
I am also certified in psychedelic-assisted therapy through Naropa University and support clients with preparation and integration work.
Before private practice, I taught stress management and facilitated mindfulness-based programs in both educational and wellness settings. My background also includes teaching yoga and Pilates, which shapes how I bring awareness to the body and nervous system into our work together. My approach is grounded in both clinical training and real-world experience.
