Hi, I’m Cathy.
I’m a Licensed Therapist offering a holistic, integrative approach —rooted in the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I weave together Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices to support your growth, resilience, and overall well-being.
I’m also Gottman-trained in couples therapy and bring a compassionate, strengths-based approach to helping relationships grow stronger and more connected.
My Background
With over 20 years of experience in yoga and meditation, I integrate body-based awareness and nervous system support into my work. I’ve shared mindfulness and stress-reduction practices with students at George Washington University and American University, and supported individual well-being at Headspace.
I’m currently hosting a 6-week women’s circle, Coming Home to You. This is a space to reconnect with yourself and others through mindfulness practices, IFS-inspired reflection, and compassionate support.
