Hi, I’m Cathy.
I’m a Licensed Therapist and coach offering a holistic, integrative approach to emotional and spiritual wellbeing. My work blends Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, somatic practices, and relational healing to support you in building resilience, clarity, and compassion from the inside out.
I also offer couples therapy informed by the Gottman Method, and facilitate healing spaces for grief and growth, including group work rooted in mindfulness, reflection, and realness.
With a background in yoga and meditation spanning over two decades, my work is anchored in nervous system awareness, trauma-informed care, and spiritual attunement. I’ve taught mindfulness and stress-reduction at George Washington University and Headspace, and bring a calm, compassionate presence to each session I hold.
Currently, I offer a variety of ways to work together—including individual therapy, couples work, energy healing, and ongoing group support.
