Therapy is a space for exploration.
You might feel overwhelmed or anxious during a significant life transition. Maybe you’re grieving, navigating relationship challenges, or questioning your path.
It’s easy to get caught in self-doubt or feel disconnected from yourself.
From my perspective, therapy is about bringing awareness to what may be operating outside of it.
In our work together, we create space to stay with your experience in a more present and intentional way, without judgment.
I see therapy as having two parts. One is having a space to process what you’ve experienced, whether from the past, what’s happening now, or what you’re anticipating. The second is learning how to work with what comes up by developing tools to regulate emotions, communicate more clearly, set boundaries, and express needs.
I specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges through online therapy in California. My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based practices, somatic tools, and narrative therapy.
You’ll receive practical support to feel more grounded in your day-to-day life, while also making room for the deeper questions and emotions that come up.
This is a space for connection and collaboration, where all parts of you are welcome.
I’m here to support you as we work through what feels most present and important.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to feel more anchored within yourself, care for your nervous system, and relate differently to the parts of you that may have felt unheard or held back.
About Me

Being a therapist is personal for me.
I’ve always been drawn to understanding the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Before starting my private practice, I worked as a high school counselor, where I supported students through both academic and emotional challenges. I also owned a Pilates and Reiki studio and completed over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, which deepened my understanding of Eastern philosophies and the connection between mind and body. It was in these spaces that I began to notice how naturally people opened up.
I’ve also worked as a wellness coach with Headspace, taught 8-week mindfulness programs in high schools, and served as an adjunct professor at George Washington University, where I taught stress management. These experiences continue to shape how I support clients today.
The most meaningful part of this work for me is witnessing transformation. Supporting people through moments of challenge and seeing them develop greater self-awareness, clarity, and a stronger sense of internal support.
Today, I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in California. My work integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based practices, somatic therapy, and narrative approaches. I’m also certified in psychedelic-assisted therapy through Naropa University and have completed Level 3 training in the Gottman Method for couples therapy, along with advanced training in grief.
My work is also informed by Buddhist psychology, particularly in how I approach awareness, compassion, and the relationship to thoughts and emotions.
Outside of therapy…
Outside of therapy, you’ll often find me at the beach learning to surf, traveling, exploring something new like free diving, or enjoying a strong cup of coffee.
If you’re curious to see if we might be a good fit, I’d love to connect.
