Groups & Workshops

Heal while connecting with others.

Much of our growth happens in community.

Groups offer something different from individual therapy – a shared space where we can see ourselves reflected in others, feel understood, and practice being in connection in new ways.

The design of each group emphasizes providing support for self-awareness, emotional regulation, and relational healing through conversation, mindfulness, and parts work.

The emphasis is on authentic presence rather than doing it right. A space where you can come as you are. The following are some groups currently offered or in the process of being offered.

Mindfulness & Parts Work for Women.

This ongoing virtual group weaves together mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and guided reflection to help women connect more deeply with themselves and one another.

Each session begins with a brief mindfulness practice and a check-in, followed by another guided practice. The group is a combination of educational, experiential, and dyadic, offering time for both learning and connection.

It’s a small, supportive space where we explore how to bring mindfulness and parts work into everyday life.

Ongoing virtual groups meet on Mondays at 5 PM PST.

Grief & the Heart: Death & Bereavement

This group offers a compassionate space for those grieving the death of a loved one.

Together, we explore the many dimensions of loss – emotional, spiritual, and relational – through guided reflection, mindfulness, and shared dialogue.

Grounded in the work of Francis Weller and Claire Bidwell Smith, this group invites participants to engage with grief as an expression of love and remembrance.

There’s no right way to grieve; what matters is being met with care and a sense of community.

Grief & the Heart: Life Transitions & Invisible Losses

Not all grief results from death. Sometimes it’s the loss of a relationship, a dream, a role, or a version of ourselves. These losses are often unseen but deeply felt – what Francis Weller calls the sorrows of everyday life.

This circle creates room to acknowledge and explore these experiences – the changing of identity, the end of a chapter, the ache of what might have been.

Through mindfulness, reflection, and conversation, we bring awareness and compassion to the inner landscapes shaped by change.

Why do groups work?

Something meaningful happens in a group setting: we begin to remember that growth occurs through connection.

Sharing our inner experience in the presence of others can restore a sense of belonging that grief or disconnection may have disrupted.

These circles are small and intentionally paced, providing a space for quiet reflection and genuine relationships.

Are you ready for a new approach?

If you’d like to explore these themes in a community setting, I’d love to have you join us.
